What is the Refresh Homes Proctor Network™?
The Refresh Homes Proctor Network™ is a portal for approved independent contract proctors to order BPI certification tests at our Proctor Pricing and to access automated BPI forms, BPI news, events, discussions, updates and more. The Proctor Network™ is a subscription-based service costing $100 per year, access is contingent upon fulfilling the obligations of all BPI and Refresh Homes agreements and contracts, and access will be denied if there is a breach of any applicable agreements or contracts. The annual subscription fee is non-refundable.
Refresh Homes, as a BPI Affiliate, is offering this service to allow new and existing BPI Proctors to conduct outside or in-house* BPI certification testing without the normal overhead of becoming a BPI Affiliate or the expense of hiring a BPI Affiliate for testing. Our discounted Proctor Pricing for certification tests includes the BPI testing fees plus a small mark-up; this allows you to set your own pricing, payment arrangements, location, and other terms.
Optionally, you can also be listed on our site, at no additional charge, for test-takers to find you and order tests at our preset prices: $250 per online test, $400 per field test. They can "buy it now" with any credit card accepted by PayPal.com (no account necessary, subject to PayPal's limits and terms) and we will send you the information so you can arrange to proctor the tests. Once we receive the test documents from you, we submit them to BPI, deduct the "Proctor Pricing" and send you the rest!

$100 per Year?!
The annual subscription fee of $100 grants you access to our discounted "Proctor Pricing" which is slightly more than the BPI fees that all BPI Affiliates must pay when submitting tests. Normally, BPI Affiliates mark up their testing services to cover overhead and expenses. However, we have reduced our overhead and expenses by independently contracting with you and so are passing on the savings. Normal BPI fees for Affiliates are a certain amount per test (online or field), an annual fee, plus insurance, etc. All BPI certification tests are required to be administered through a BPI Affiliate such as Refresh Homes or through BPI directly. BPI administered tests cost $150-$200 per online test and $350 per field test plus any travel expenses; BPI administered tests must be ordered directly from BPI.
