By proceeding with this transaction, PayPal will set up a RECURRING ANNUAL PAYMENT of these membership dues for you, starting one year after your first payment. The password you register here will give you access to the Members’ Area at the VCS site, where our exclusive online Newsletters are located. We assume your agreement to not share your login with anyone else who might otherwise become a member. Our financial viability depends entirely on our membership dues, and the Newsletter access must serve as one of the incentives for membership.
