MEMBERSHIP POLICY By signing up to our Beat Vault service you (subscriber) consent fully to our leasing agreement and policy for being a member. If broken membership will be cancelled without notice and no refund can be obtained. If you would like to cancel please either cancel the subscription in your "My Account" area in the Beat Vault or contact us with your Log In Email and we will cancel it for you. All beats in the Beat Vault will be Free Download enabled. You will be able to use the instrumentals offered from (www.misterkabeats.com) and exclusive beats posted here up to 10 commercial uses (Albums, Mixtape, Demo etc..) and be able to distribute up to 20,000 units of the offered instrumentals in both physical and digital format. In return credit on the production will be given to: "Mister K.A for Richardson Music Group". NOTICE:All accounts are monitored 24/7 for any signs of account abuse. If you give out your password or share a download link we will know and cancel your subscription immediately with no refund. If damages are large enough from abuse of your account legal action will be taken without hesitation.
