2. Where information is gathered for the purposes of payment, your financial data is NEVER shared or sent over non-secure, unencrypted, pathways.

TERMS OF USE

1. You acknowledge and agree that the lessons and videos used in connection with the subscription contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly authorized by DoctorKeys, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the lessons or videos in whole or in part.

2. DoctorKeys grants you a personal non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use its lessons and videos on any of your computers or devices; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work, or otherwise attempt to sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right in the lessons or videos.
